Hello everyone, my Name is Grayson Hurt, I am 22 years old currently living in Houston Texas. I am a Junior at the University of Houston Clear lake campus majoring in psychology. My plan is to continue my education and receive my masters in the field, however, if opportunity with only a bachelors proves sufficient, I would love to start applying my education in real life as soon as possible. A degree in psychology opens many doors, so I want to remain flexible and optimistic about any pathway. My traditional aspiration was to work towards one of the conventional occupations under a psychology degree such as a mental health therapist, psychologist, or behavior analyst, however, after researching the immense possibilities that come from being a psychology major, I am currently exploring all of the appealing options. My passion lies in the science of the mind because it has always tremendously fascinated me and I have always believed in working towards reducing as much suffering as possible so I wanted to apprehend how we can most reduce suffering through helping individuals through their mental hardships. A few other of my primary passions are fitness, MMA, and reading. Reading and studying coincides with my passion for psychology, and the field is my main topic of research within this hobby.
